A user searching for Athletes through the Website; or

For Athletes, School, Colleges, sports Academies, Sports Clubs, Institutions, Coaches: Listing of Athletes and their profiles and their achievements, to be made available to the other Users and visitors to the Website;
For other Users: Facility to (i) create and maintain ‘Accounts’, (ii) search for Athletes by name, Sports, and Location, or any other criteria that may be developed and made available by Fisto Sports.
The Services may change from time to time, at the sole discretion of Fisto Sports, and the Agreement will apply to your visit and your use of the Website to avail the Service, as well as to all information provided by you on the Website at any given point in time.

Fisto Sports takes reasonable efforts to ensure that such information is updated at frequent intervals.
